Job Summary

As Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for the SEO strategy across the entire site. That includes the main website, blog, Learn section, and all landing pages. 

Your main job will be to improve technical architecture, create high-quality content strategies, and prove ROI using data. 

This role is for people who take SEO seriously and can work with engineering to fix issues around site speed, indexing, and multi-language support.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Build a full SEO plan for the site and set priorities and goals for each stage.

Technical SEO: Work with engineers to solve technical challenges like site structure, page speed, and hreflang.

Content Planning: Develop a high-intent content system through keyword research that attracts Crypto and Web3 users.

Data Monitoring: Track traffic, rankings, and conversion rates, and make decisions based on data.

Backlink Strategy: Manage off-site SEO and link building to strengthen the platform's authority.

Owner Mentality: Be proactive in solving problems and finding new growth opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

Background: Experience at a major crypto exchange (like Binance, OKX) or a large crypto media outlet.

Tech Experience: Preference for those with international or multilingual SEO experience at big internet companies like ByteDance or Alibaba.

Mindset: Deep understanding of Google algorithms and how search engines work.

Execution: Able to adapt in fast-changing environments and make smart use of resources.
