Job Summary
In this role, you’ll be a primary contact for our national and international clients. Your main goal is to understand what customers need and handle their requests in a truly professional way.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide complete support to national and international customers to keep them satisfied.
Order Management: Process and track offers and orders quickly and accurately.
Production Coordination: Check and follow up on delivery schedules with the production team.
Client Communication: Maintain ongoing contact with clients through video calls, phone, and email.
Data & Platforms: Build customer assortments and keep online platforms updated.
Event Representation: Represent the company at trade fairs and customer visits.
Growth: Help find new customers and expand the client base.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Completed commercial training.
Experience: Several years of experience in key account management or customer service.
Language: Full command of English or French at negotiation level.
Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a big plus.
