Job Summary

As Assistant Manager Business Application Operations, your main job is to keep business applications running smoothly and improve system performance. 

You’ll monitor, support, and maintain applications both on-premises and in AWS cloud environments. You’ll need to work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure systems stay up and running 24/7. 

Your tasks include making operations easier through automation, scripting, and modern CI/CD tools, as well as implementing security policies.

Key Responsibilities

System Availability: Make sure on-premises and AWS servers are available 24/7 and have proper backups.

Troubleshooting: Solve application and network problems through log analysis and debugging.

Stakeholder Coordination: Understand business users’ queries and provide technical solutions to match their needs.

Automation: Use shell scripting and CI/CD tools to automate repeated tasks.

Vendor Management: Work with vendors to identify faults and apply patches.

Experience & Qualifications
