Job Summary


As an Amazon Business Development Expert or SDR, your main responsibility is to create new pathways for the company and build a solid sales pipeline. 


You’ll be in charge of lead generation, connecting with potential clients, and guiding them about the company’s services. 


This is an on-site role based in Lahore. You’ll need to work according to international market timings , from 5 PM to 2 AM. If you’re target-driven and skilled at cold calling, this position offers strong financial benefits.



Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation: Find new qualified leads through outbound prospecting.


Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.


Meeting Coordination: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.


CRM Management: Accurately update all data and lead details in the CRM system.


Relationship Nurturing: Stay in touch with old and new prospects to build long-term relationships.


Target Achievement: Meet outreach and conversion targets on time, and fully.


Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to improve conversion rates.



Experience & Qualifications


Experience: Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role is essential.


Communication: Complete fluency in spoken and written English to communicate with international clients.
