Job Summary
As an Accounts and Finance Executive, you’ll handle the company’s day-to-day financial matters. Your job goes beyond simple data entry, you’ll prepare financial statements and deliver important analysis to support business growth.
You’ll have to keep both accounts payable and receivable in balance to maintain a healthy cash flow. Working on-site at our Lahore office, you'll help management make solid decisions and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Keep track of all daily financial transactions and records.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements to reflect the company’s financial health.
Accounts Management: Maintain complete accounting for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in preparing the annual budget and control expenses by providing financial analysis.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, and handle payments.
Compliance: Manage audits and tax matters according to all government and regulatory laws.
Experience & Qualifications
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Experience (Option A): If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s, 1 to 1.5 years of experience is enough.
Experience (Option B): B.Com degree holders need at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Expertise: You should be fully proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
