Job Summary
As the Accounting Manager, your main job will be supervising client accounts and leading the accounting team.
This role is perfect for people familiar with US accounting standards and skilled in client communication. You’ll need to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, with shift timings from 6 PM to 3 AM. Your hard work and experience will be fully recognized in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Handle international client accounts and maintain professional communication with them.
Team Supervision: Oversee daily accounting operations and guide your team.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and make sure all work meets standards.
Review & Approval: Check and approve bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
Workflow Optimization: Implement new workflows to make accounting tasks easier and more efficient.
Query Handling: Answer client queries thoroughly and ensure their satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications
Firm Experience: Previous experience working at an accounting firm is mandatory.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong grasp of accounting principles and standards.
Communication Skills: Professional-level spoken and written English to communicate with US clients.
Team Management: Past experience leading a team and managing people.
Proactive Approach: Determined to finish all work on time and hit targets.
