Job Summary

Managed Services Engineer Tier 3 ka role kaafi technical aur zimmedari wala hai. Is position par kaam karne wale engineer ko Cisco, 


Fortinet, aur Palo Alto jaise baray platforms par troubleshoot karna hota hai. Aapko complex network issues ko resolve karne ke sath sath connectivity aur security solutions par bhi focus karna hoga. 


Kyun ke ye aik Tier 3 support role hai, is liye yahan par advanced level ki troubleshooting aur seniors ki taraf se guidance ki umeed rakhi jati hai.


Key Responsibilities

Multi-vendor environments jaise Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, aur Meraki par Tier 3 level ki support dena.


Advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP) ki troubleshooting aur configuration karna.


SD-WAN platforms aur wireless LAN controllers ko manage karna.


Voice services (SIP, Hosted PBX, Fax over IP) ki troubleshooting aur Wireshark ke zariye traffic analysis karna.


Network security solutions jaise firewalls aur VPNs ko design aur implement karna.

Experience & Qualifications

Telecommunications Engineering ya kisi mutalqa field mein Bachelor’s degree hona zaroori hai.


CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, ya Cisco Meraki Specialist jaisi certifications ko tarjeeh di jayegi.


Tier 2 ya Tier 3 support roles mein kam az kam 5 saal ka tajurba (experience) hona chahiye.


TCP/IP, routing protocols, aur network topologies ki gehri samajh honi chahiye.


Microsoft platforms (Exchange, Office 365) aur virtualization (VMware) ka knowledge hona chahiye.


English language par mukammal aboor hona zaroori hai kyunke ye international clients ke sath kaam hai.

Job Summary


The role of Managed Services Engineer Tier 3 is highly technical and carries a lot of responsibility. Engineers in this position work on troubleshooting major platforms like Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto. You’ll handle complex network issues, focus on connectivity and security solutions.


Because this is a Tier 3 support role, advanced troubleshooting is expected, along with guidance from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities


Provide Tier 3 level support in multi-vendor environments like Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Meraki.


Troubleshoot and configure advanced routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and EIGRP.


Manage SD-WAN platforms and wireless LAN controllers.


Troubleshoot voice services (SIP, Hosted PBX, Fax over IP) and analyze traffic using Wireshark.


Design and implement network security solutions including firewalls and VPNs.


Offer technical guidance and mentoring to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.


Create and execute network migration plans to improve infrastructure.

Experience & Qualifications


A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field is required.


Certifications like CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, or Cisco Meraki Specialist will be preferred.


At least 5 years' experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 support roles.


A deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network topologies.


Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Exchange, Office 365) and virtualization (VMware).


Fluent English is essential since you’ll work with international clients.
