Key Responsibilities


Provide comprehensive general administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and professional document preparation.


Manage accurate data entry, structured record-keeping, and the maintenance of organized corporate digital filing systems.


Execute foundational bookkeeping duties, including routine expense tracking, vendor invoice processing, and financial account reconciliation.


Coordinate logistics for corporate meetings, virtual events, and travel arrangements to preserve workflow continuity across departments.


Conduct targeted operational research and compile clear, structured reports on assigned topics to support executive decision-making.



Experience & Qualifications


Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or virtual assistant role, ideally supporting remote corporate environments.


Proven track record of handling basic financial administration, data tracking, or invoicing tasks independently.


Highly developed organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills for professional email drafting and report compiling.


Exceptional attention to detail when executing high-volume data entry and administrative verification tasks.



Technical Skills Required


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based Google Workspace tools.


Practical knowledge of cloud-based bookkeeping software, expense tracking systems, and digital invoicing workflows.


Familiarity with virtual collaboration platforms, remote project management applications, and video conferencing software.
