Key Responsibilities
Production Plan Execution: Support the daily execution of complex lithography machine assembly and manufacturing timelines in close synchronization with Production Planning.
Material Flow Coordination: Manage the expedited, seamless movement of critical production materials and high-value components from the warehouse into the cleanroom facility.
Work Order Administration: Track, monitor, and audit active work orders in progress to verify that logistics dependencies are satisfied and material usage data is accurately logged.
Cross-Functional Risk Management: Actively participate in daily build plan alignment meetings to identify, address, and mitigate potential supply chain or material shortage risks.
Logistics Troubleshooting: Diagnose, resolve, and escalate complex material handling or data mismatch issues that threaten to disrupt active factory operations.
Shift Operations Execution: Maintain strict operational continuity across a specialized Z1 Shift schedule (Thursday through Saturday, and alternating Wednesdays, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM).
Experience & Qualifications
Logistics or Planning Background: Practical operational experience within production logistics, material handling, warehouse tracking, or inventory planning environments.
Manufacturing Alignment: Familiarity working within automated or cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
Analytical Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze unexpected logistical bottlenecks, trace inventory discrepancies, and propose effective remediation ideas.
Asynchronous Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to smoothly bridge communication gaps between Production Logistics, Material Handling, and Manufacturing teams.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) frameworks and inventory tracking systems (such as SAP or similar platform tools).
- Strong technical aptitude in managing data fidelity across active software-driven production work orders.
- Understanding of Supply Chain management methodologies and cleanroom protocol tracking.
- Competence in utilizing standard workplace productivity software for tracking metrics and daily handovers.
