Key Responsibilities
UX Copy & Microcopy Creation: Architect clear, intuitive, and highly functional digital user-facing copy (including UI elements, error states, tooltips, onboarding flows, and transactional journeys) to maximize application usability and retention.
Content Strategy & Architecture: Develop overarching content frameworks and digital taxonomy guidelines that simplify platform navigation and guarantee a cohesive, unified brand voice across digital assets.
Data-Driven UX Research: Conduct iterative user research, audit user pathways, and review contextual interaction data to make informed copy decisions that eliminate onboarding friction and address consumer pain points.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with UI/UX designers, engineering squads, product managers, and growth marketing teams to bridge the gap between back-end infrastructure logic and a seamless human experience.
Simplification & Localization: Adapt technical instructions, policy variables, and e-commerce transactional touchpoints into accessible, crisp prose suitable for a diverse audience profile.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven professional experience operating as a UX Writer, Technical Copywriter, or Content Strategist within a modern digital product environment or marketing agency.
- Strong baseline knowledge of human-centered design principles, web accessibility requirements, and the psychology behind microcopy conversions.
- Demonstrable history of using data-driven research, remote user testing inputs, and behavioral frameworks to build structured content systems.
- Exceptional command over written English with an eye for structural clarity, brevity, and tone modification across digital layouts.
- Exceptional cross-functional communications skills with the ability to manage independent product sprint timelines autonomously from a remote home-office environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Communications, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or an equivalent professional portfolio of UX assets.
- Preferred: Prior commercial familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, or cross-border e-commerce layouts.
Technical Skills Required
Design & Prototyping Systems: Familiarity with modern product collaboration software, including direct text management or prototyping interfaces within tools like Figma or Miro.
Content Frameworks: Technical writing proficiencies, microcopy layout formatting, wireframe evaluation, and customer-journey mapping capabilities.
Testing Tools: Exposure to A/B testing methods, copy validation matrices, and digital behavior monitoring systems.
