Key Responsibilities
Product Evaluation Guidance: Lead prospective enterprise customers across the MEA region through complex technical product evaluations, securing the product win by resolving all architecture and workflow questions.
Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution: Partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to qualify opportunities, design account strategies, coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and manage technical sales cycles.
Value Mapping & Demos: Map intricate enterprise requirements to Camunda’s product portfolio, build tailored solution demonstrations, and write functional sample code snippets to showcase platform value.
Technical Artifact Management: Facilitate structural technical engagements, address comprehensive RFI/RFP documents, and create robust pre-sales documentation and reusable technical assets.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven professional experience working in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales capacity handling high-growth B2B enterprise software accounts.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to translate complex, multi-surface technical features into clear business value and quantitative ROI for executive buyers.
- Prior experience working independently inside dynamic, globally distributed, and fully remote team environments.
- Natural empathy for prospective clients, allowing for deep discovery conversations that successfully identify hidden infrastructure bottlenecks.
Technical Skills Required
Core Concepts: Business Process Automation, Workflow Orchestration, Agentic AI, and Enterprise System Architecture.
Development & Prototyping: Ability to construct custom scripts, implement API code snippets, and build technical integration workflows.
Documentation & Sales Tools: Advanced technical content creation, technical writing for RFIs/RFPs, and proof-of-concept configuration.
