Key Responsibilities  


Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Handle inbound and outbound sales to bring in new enterprise clients and media agencies. Always hit quarterly and yearly ad revenue targets.


Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and run advertising campaigns across different formats—video, display, native. Make sure these campaigns fit the brand’s goals and get the best results.


Stakeholder Management: Develop strong, trusted relationships with marketing execs, key decision-makers, and teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations.


Performance Analysis: Lead campaign reviews, share insights from the data, and offer recommendations to boost client ROI and keep them coming back.


Experience & Qualifications  


At least 6 years working in digital media or advertising platforms, with solid experience in enterprise-level digital ad sales.


You need sharp commercial instincts and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, international corporate environment.


You’ve got outstanding storytelling and communication skills, and you know how to use data to shape marketing decisions.


Native or fluent in English and Urdu, and if you know Punjabi, that's a big plus.


Comfortable with remote work, but you’re ready to visit clients and partner agencies whenever needed.



Technical Skills Required  


You really understand digital ad performance metrics like CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, plus you know the programmatic mobile ad landscape inside out.


You’re skilled at Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.


You’ve worked with enterprise CRM systems and tools for tracking digital sales pipelines.
