Key Responsibilities


Infrastructure Management & Governance: Direct the deployment, configuration, and security of the organization’s remote infrastructure, specialized investment dashboards, and learning management tools.


Platform Operations: Oversee the availability and performance of digital systems supporting WIC Capital’s funding channels and WIC-Academy training programs.


Vendor & Service Management: Manage service level agreements (SLAs), negotiate contracts, and handle daily operations with technical vendors, hosting services, and SaaS providers.


Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional technical teams and external software contributors, fostering an open and result-oriented environment.


Technical Project Delivery: Lead and deliver internal digital projects, handling technical planning, timelines, security risks, and status updates for global stakeholders.


Research & Development Support: Assess new web technologies and cloud tools to streamline operations, update training workflows, and bolster data protection.



Experience & Qualifications


4–6+ years of professional experience in technical operations, IT management, or systems project delivery, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional technical environments.


Strong analytical skills for diagnosing system issues, conducting platform assessments, and making informed technical decisions.


Experience managing technical projects and building working relationships with software vendors, developers, and distributed teams.


Excellent communication skills, able to manage priorities independently on a hybrid on-site and remote schedule.


A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


Industry Match (Preferred): Previous work with mission-driven organizations, fintech networks, incubators, or venture funds, especially within African markets or other emerging economies.


Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant plus for working with regional partners.



Technical Skills Required


IT Infrastructure & Support: Hands-on experience troubleshooting web platforms, cloud architectures, secure access protocols, and collaboration tools.


Product & Project Management: Practical familiarity with agile tracking systems, product delivery models, CMS architectures, and remote workspace solutions.
