Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Direct daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to maintain a highly profitable store environment, ensuring absolute adherence to local Health Codes and periodic Quality Assurance audits.


Talent Auditioning & Casting: Proactively recruit, audition, and cast brand ambassadors in strict accordance with corporate Audition Guidelines. Continuous enforcement of organizational Image & Costume Guidelines across team rosters.


Staff Coaching & Performance Scheduling: Teach, motivate, and counsel team members, including kitchen crews and floor staff. Successfully manage labor allocations using corporate Performance-Based Scheduling protocols.


Financial Management: Practice rigorous inventory controls, safely oversee cash infrastructure (assigning cash drawers, verification of employee checkouts, executing accurate bank deposits), and drive localized sales generation metrics.


Compliance & Safe Service: Guarantee compliance with all state and local laws regarding responsible alcohol service. Maintain an inclusive working environment entirely free of intimidation, harassment, or discrimination by following documented incident compliance frameworks.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience running operations inside high-volume restaurants, entertainment venues, or high-velocity bars.
  • Demonstrated competency in managing multi-variable service floor challenges while driving exceptional, metric-driven guest turnaround times.
  • Strong organizational habits focused on maintaining updated workforce training schedules, performance records, and development programs.
  • Native or professional fluency in the English language is mandatory; conversational Spanish communication skills are highly beneficial.
  • Open availability to fulfill rigorous physical demands, including standing for up to 10 hours per shift and occasionally lifting or moving equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.


Technical Skills Required

Core Management: Performance-Based Workforce Scheduling, Financial Drawer Reconciliation, Inventory Control Systems, and Local Store Marketing (LSM) execution.


Certifications: Ability to complete the comprehensive Twin Peaks Manager Training Program. Mandatory possession of (or immediate capability to obtain) state-regulated Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certificates (e.g., TABC/ServSafe).
