Key Responsibilities
Network Introduction: Actively introduce and advocate for Flowmingo's AI interview platform across your corporate network and professional circles.
Value Communication: Share explicit insights on how the software modernizes hiring workflows, cuts screening times, and elevates candidate experience.
Thought Partnership: Serve as a consultative point of contact and platform guide for newly onboarded business decision-makers.
Market Feedback: Gather and deliver real-time localized recruitment market insights and feature feedback directly to the product team.
Pipeline Ownership: Work independently to build your own sales pipeline and customer base without corporate micromanagement.
Experience & Qualifications
Sales & BD Expertise: A proven background in business development, B2B software sales, direct client acquisition, or strategic relationship building.
Recruitment Background: Practical familiarity with staffing agencies, human resource consulting, corporate talent acquisition, or recruitment software.
