Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and secure financial applications. Your core job will involve building highly responsive frontend components using React.js, developing secure backend microservices via Node.js, and integrating third-party payment gateways and core banking architectures securely.

This role is perfect for a dynamic software engineer who combines strong technical expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks with excellent communication skills to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints. 

Based in Dubai, this position follows an on-site or hybrid model as per company policy, offering a high-signal workspace where you will regularly collaborate with global BFSI stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development: Design and build highly scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack web applications using React.js for frontends and Node.js for backend microservices.

API Architecture: Develop, optimize, and maintain robust, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs, connecting seamlessly with third-party financial systems and core banking engines.

Collaboration & Presentation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, perform structured code reviews, and present architectural blueprints or product demos clearly to non-technical audiences.

AI Innovation: Explore and integrate Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities, LLMs, and intelligent workflows to enhance application features and automate complex data interactions.

Security & Quality: Implement rigorous banking-grade security practices (including OWASP Top 10) to safeguard financial data while writing automated tests via Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Experience & Qualifications

Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional full-stack software development experience, showing a proven track record of shipping enterprise applications.

Domain Preference (BFSI): Direct engineering experience working on Fintech, banking, insurance, or wealth management systems, with a solid understanding of data security and compliance.

Frontend Tech Stack: Strong, expert-level proficiency in React.js, Redux or Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools.

Backend Tech Stack: Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js and scalable server frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

Database & Data Modeling: Solid proficiency in relational SQL systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL engines (MongoDB, Redis).

Gen AI Exposure (Plus): Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma), or building AI-assisted software features is a major advantage.

DevOps Infrastructure: Practical experience with Git version control, Docker containers, automated CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
