Staff Training: Run advanced product awareness and specialty drink programs for staff through interactive storytelling, live demos, and guest speakers.

Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the People & Development team to spot talent gaps and attract top hospitality experts.

Glitch Resolution: Handle member complaints, fix service glitches, and keep a close eye on Medallia customer satisfaction scores, then raise them even higher.

Experience & Qualifications

Hospitality Leadership Track Record: You’ve worked as an F&B Director in international luxury hotels, high-end clubs, or top-tier dining spots, and you have the background to prove it.

Physical Adaptability: You’re able to be on your feet for long hours during busy periods and special events, and you can lift at least 35 pounds.

Legal Compliance: You have all the necessary documentation and eligibility to live and work in the United States.
