Key Responsibilities
Protocol & Architecture Engineering: Architect, prototype, and implement end-to-end blockchain topologies, defining custom system schemas, tokenomics structures, and consensus protocol layers to support resilient, high-throughput applications.
Cryptographic Framework Design: Implement robust cryptographic configurations including public-key infrastructure (PKI), zero-knowledge proofs, complex digital signatures, and secure decentralized key management systems.
Component Integration: Select optimal distributed ledger frameworks (e.g., EVM-compatible networks, Substrate, or Hyperledger) and seamlessly integrate on-chain components with corporate back-end microservices and RESTful API structures.
Cross-Functional System Leadership: Partner directly with security specialists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to map complex business mechanics into secure technical execution blueprints.
Governance & Documentation: Author definitive technical documentation, code guidelines, and structural standards. Oversee comprehensive smart contract code reviews, threat modeling assessments, and network performance tuning.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years functioning explicitly as a Core Developer or Architect within a production blockchain or Web3 environment.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining decentralized ledger nodes, smart contract networks, or enterprise-grade distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of high-concurrency software design, threat modeling, security vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy vectors), and optimization patterns.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to translate highly abstract cryptographic ideas into actionable blueprints for development teams and corporate stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field of study.
Technical Skills Required
Programming Ecosystems: Expert command over one or more low-level or modern languages used in decentralized development, including Rust, Go, Solidity, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
Backend & Web Infrastructure: Advanced proficiency in backend microservices architecture, RESTful API design, data storage models, and message queues.
DevOps & Cloud Systems: Hands-on operational fluency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud providers (AWS, GCP), and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
