Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Presence: Create and implement digital marketing strategies, managing brand storytelling across websites, social media, and third-party platforms.
Social Media & Content: Lead content planning and execution for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Work with influencers and creative teams to develop lifestyle campaigns.
Performance Marketing & Analytics: Handle paid social, SEO, SEM, and display ad campaigns. Track performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and increase revenue.
Website & E-Commerce: Manage website user experience and booking journey optimizations, aiming to boost direct hotel and food & beverage bookings.
Experience & Qualifications
At least 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury retail.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns and delivering digital ROI.
Strong skills in influencer management, media partnerships, and PR campaigns.
Excellent communication and cross-functional skills for aligning digital activations with sales, revenue, and F&B teams.
Technical Skills Required
Core Proficiency: SEO, SEM, and paid social management.
Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital performance tracking.
Content Tools: Basic visual curation, website CMS tools, and digital UX optimization techniques.
