Key Responsibilities


Database Maintenance & Architecture: Enter, transform, organize, and manage large transactional and relational data sets within centralized enterprise databases and clusters.


Data Quality Engineering: Check, verify, and confirm that data fields are complete, consistent, and accurate. Spot data problems early, clean up corrupted files, and fix any dataset issues.


Cross-Functional Operations: Work closely with engineering, finance, and business teams to securely gather data from multiple sources and keep transactional processes running smoothly and on time.


Business Intelligence Reporting: Create, compile, and run structured reports that turn raw system data into clear, actionable insights for C-level executives.


Governance & Protocol Design: Help design, document, and roll out company-wide data management workflows, indexing methods, and pipeline standards.



Experience & Qualifications


2-4 years of hands-on experience with relational data management, data entry systems, or auditing record systems.


Sharp technical attention to detail, paired with an analytical mindset for verifying data quality and tracking down anomalies.


Strong timeline management skills, able to hit complex project deadlines under tight timeframes.


Clear communicator who thrives working independently in a fully remote, distributed team.


Solid grasp of data privacy ethics, data management regulations, and company security policies.



Technical Skills Required


Core Database Applications: Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data macros), Google Workspace, and database environments.


Systems Navigation: Confident using ERP tools, CRM databases, and content indexing platforms.


Security & Governance: Hands-on with basic data protection, secure asset management, file permissions, and data masking.
