3 to 5 years of direct project management experience with structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals, or heavy commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Proven track record as the main commercial link between General Contractors, engineers, architects, and onsite crews.
Strong experience managing complex contracts, change orders, and building logistics under tight project deadlines.
Highly responsive and detail-oriented communicator, skilled in balancing technical engineering requirements with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a closely related technical field is highly preferred; comparable intensive industry experience will be considered.
