Job Summary


As a Content Lead, you will own the end-to-end strategy, creation, and distribution of content across three distinct brands: Grain, Ember, and Weddings by Grain. 


Your core job will involve managing the master content calendar, defining Ember's unique brand voice, crafting high-conversion copy for multi-channel campaigns, and building scalable production workflows with creators and user-generated content (UGC) partners.


This role is perfect for a dynamic creative professional who can move fluidly between high-level strategic brand thinking and deeply hands-on execution. 


Based in Singapore, this full-time position sits at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, and modern operations, offering a high-growth environment where you will collaborate directly with product, design, and leadership teams.



Key Responsibilities


Cohesive Content Engine: Build and maintain a scalable content production system across Grain, Ember, and Weddings by Grain to ensure a unified market presence.


Brand Voice Definition: Establish, evolutionize, and document Ember’s unique tone of voice and storytelling playbook from the ground up as the brand scales.


Multi-Format Copywriting: Own and deliver high-quality copy across all primary touchpoints, including social media, EDMs, landing pages, UI/UX microcopy, SEO content, and menus.


Creator Management: Develop strategic briefs and manage relationships with content creators, collaborators, and UGC partners to ensure asset alignment.


Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and improve measurable performance metrics across organic reach, engagement rates, SEO positioning, and open/click rates for EDMs.


AI Workflow Integration: Explore and integrate modern AI tools and automated workflows to scale creative output and maximize team efficiency without compromising human taste.



Experience & Qualifications


Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional experience in content strategy, brand marketing, copywriting, or multimedia storytelling-related roles.


Diverse Portfolio: A strong, proven copywriting portfolio demonstrating an ability to write across multiple formats, digital channels, and brand personalities.


Campaign Management: Practical experience managing multi-channel content calendars, email marketing workflows, and digital storytelling pipelines.


Technical Acumen: Good familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), EDM automation platforms, digital analytics tools, and content performance tracking.


Industry Preference: Prior experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage (F&B), or fast-moving consumer brands is highly advantageous.


Ambiguity Adaptability: Demonstrated capability to work effectively within fast-moving, ambiguous environments, turning abstract ideas into clear, actionable momentum.
