Job Summary and Responsibilities
This isn't your average sales job, it's a blend of execution and strategy. You'll use AI-driven systems to create scalable outbound workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI Outbound Campaigns: Run AI-assisted lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and automation platforms.
Workflow Design: Optimize revenue workflows by leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and knowledge graphs.
Prompt Engineering: Create advanced prompts for personalized outreach and engagement.
Pipeline Optimization: Develop and test AI agent workflows to generate leads and nurture prospects.
Market Research: Use AI tools to research target companies and decision-makers.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads according to BANT or MEDDIC frameworks and schedule discovery calls.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Performance Analysis: Review campaign metrics and continuously improve messaging and workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
We're searching for professionals who have deep experience with AI platforms and outbound sales.
Experience: 4–6 years in outbound sales, revenue operations, or lead generation.

Technical Skills: Strong grasp of prompt engineering, contextual personalization, and retrieval strategies.

Integration: Ability to integrate AI workflows via Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
