Key Responsibilities
Strategic Category Leadership: Lead, structure, and execute the comprehensive product category strategy for GLP countries, ensuring deep alignment with broader LIXIL global mandates and IMEA regional commercial objectives.
Lifecycle & Roadmap Engineering: Architect detailed 3-year and 5-year product roadmaps. Oversee the complete lifecycle sequence from new product introductions (NPI) to phasing out historical lines and launching innovative technologies.
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Conduct regular, data-driven market evaluations, including pricing optimization matrices, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation profiles, and macro-trend analyses to capitalize on growth windows.
Supply Chain & Inventory Sync: Partner with logistics and supply chain departments to monitor inventory velocity. Balance stock parameters to avoid costly overstock scenarios or market stockouts while safeguarding optimal distribution fluidness.
Showroom & Merchandising Optimization: Collaborate directly with Retail and Showroom operations teams to plan, review, and roll out optimized planograms mapped explicitly to Partner tier classifications (A, B, and C).
Commercialization & Compliance: Coordinate with cross-functional sales and marketing teams to design targeted regional promotional tracks, ensure full compliance with UAE local regulations, and embed core corporate sustainability metrics into the category fabric.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience operating within a product-based industry, with a distinct preference for candidate backgrounds rooted in building materials, sanitaryware, or physical consumer goods.
- Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience functioning as a hands-on Product Manager with full lifecycle ownership.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and business intelligence with a proven ability to translate complex market research into clear, revenue-generating product strategies.
- Resilient strategic thinking, negotiation, and timeline management strengths with an ability to pivot approaches alongside changing market currents.
- Complete native or professional fluency in the English language (both written and spoken) is required to collaborate effectively across international business branches.
Technical Skills Required
Management Modalities: Long-term Strategic Product Roadmapping, New Product Introduction (NPI) pipelines, and Product Category P&L accountability.
Operational Analytics: Inventory Forecasting, Competitive Benchmarking, Consumer Segmentation Modeling, and Data-Driven Pricing Mechanics.
Merchandising Execution: Retail Planogram Mapping, Retail B2B Partner Tier Management, and Cross-Functional Campaign Alignment.
