Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Revenue Ownership: Lead the entire sales process, from finding new territories and prospecting to negotiating complex contracts, closing deals, and expanding enterprise accounts after the sale.
C-Suite Relationship Infrastructure: Build, grow, and manage direct, trusted partnerships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data/Analytics, positioning Xebia as a strategic transformation partner across multiple areas.
Complex Solution Architecture Selling: Clearly explain and pitch advanced, high-value portfolios, including Generative AI architectures, BI visualization solutions, modern cloud data platforms, and distributed ecosystem structures.
Pipeline & Deal Engineering: Proactively build, manage, and expand a strong enterprise deal pipeline, driving large-scale deals valued between $250,000 and $2,000,000 or more.
Vertical Domain Alignment: Secure major market share in key enterprise sectors like BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Retail, Travel logistics, Healthcare, and agile Digital Native organizations.
Experience & Qualifications
8–15 years of focused IT service, Data Infrastructure, or Advanced Analytics consulting sales experience, with a proven track record in the India market.
A documented history of independently winning new enterprise clients and closing premium software engineering contracts above standard levels ($250K–$2M+).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic diplomacy skills for navigating high-stakes, multi-layered enterprise stakeholder environments.
A strong hunter profile: self-motivated, fast-moving commercially, and able to coordinate with cross-functional, global delivery teams.
Technical Skills Required
Core Platform Domain: Confident technical sales skills in Cloud Data Warehouses and standard ecosystem tools like Snowflake and Databricks.
Analytics Stack Positioning: Deep understanding of Business Intelligence solutions, visualization platforms, data engineering pipelines, and modern data architecture.
AI Implementation Strategy: Solid consultative expertise in AI/ML infrastructures, predictive analytics models, and enterprise-level Generative AI workflows.
